I know of two sets of figures, one with 8 figures made by Bandai and one with three scene displays made by Banpresto.

Bandai Figures
All figures were sold in pairs, Zidane and Vivi, Garnet and Steiner, Freya and Quina and Eiko
and Amarant. These are roughly 4'' figures. The two first pairs were very easy to get but not the last two. I am not even
sure that they were sold in US, and once again this means they cost more.

Banpresto Scenes
I am not quite certain but I beleive you could get these three scenes in gashapon machine in Japan.
They are about 3'' high and they do look very nice, don't they?
