There are twelve of these and you buy them in pair.
These are gashapon keychains, made by Bandai. I know of three sets. There are 6 keychains per set. I
only have pictures of the third one...
Two Gashapon sets here, also made by Bandai. I am only missing Red XIII from the first set.
